ConnectWise can capture Outlook email as Tickets or Sales Activities. Select your version of Outlook and install the ConnectWise Outlook Add-in. Please make sure you have removed previous versions of ConnectWise Outlook Add-in and exited Microsoft Outlook prior to installation.
